The marking scheme for the JEE Advanced examination is as follows:
For each correct MCQ, a candidate will be awarded 4 marks.
For each incorrect MCQ, 1 mark will be deducted.
For each correct NAT, a candidate will be awarded 4 marks.
There is no negative marking for incorrect NAT questions.
The JEE Advanced exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, both of which are held on the same day. The exam is conducted in the offline (pen and paper) format.
